It’s a deep, thought-provoking process that’s almost guaranteed to have you questioning some big things- but exactly when you need it, Yusim provides frequent journaling and meditation exercises for you to stop and work through what you just read.
It’s far too easy to get sucked into the external pursuits of life, expecting to get this, going there, or being _______ will lead us to happiness.
